Whether you wish to arrange a small-scale meeting or a large dinner, Jernkontoret’s conference and reception venue can provide the solution in a friendly atmosphere and with an exclusive ambience.

All meeting rooms, even though they radiate history and tradition, have modern conference equipment and flexible furnishings. Wireless networks operate throughout the premises. All rooms have the ability to share screens, play audio and video, and hold Teams, Zoom, or Skype meetings

The food and selected drinks for your event are served by Elwing & Co. Catering, a firm with tradition which prepares all its food literally from the ground up. The dishes are made from raw materials of high quality where the season’s larder, locally grown and ecological products are a self-evident choice. Naturally, it is possible to prepare menus to meet your particular wishes and requirements.

Our conference rooms

Stora salen

112 sq. m., 24–120 places. A flexible hall with fixed projector and screen. With cinema style seating there is space for 120 persons. The room is idea for large lunches or dinners. The room can, when required, be opened up and merged with Göranssonska rummet. 

Göranssonska rummet

36 sq. m., 10 places.
Beautiful, antique furnishings give this room a very pleasant atmosphere. The room can, when required, be opened up and merged with Stora salen. Mobile media screen.

Galleriet

65 sq. m., accommodates up to 20 people in boardroom seating, and up to 70 people in cinema seating. Fixed media screen.

Ekmanska rummet

48 sq. m., accommodates up to 14 people in boardroom seating, other furniture is also possible. Fixed media screen.
