Councils and committees
There are seven councils or committees within Jernkontoret whose task it is to offer guidance to Jernkontoret’s board and management on different issues.

The councils of Jernkontoret include a broad representation from the iron and steel companies themselves and are also strengthened with Jernkontoret’s own specialists.
The councils monitor developments within their respective area of responsibility, initiate strategies for operations and prepare statements on matters submitted for consideration.
