Skills Supply Council

The Skills Supply Council's area of responsibility consists of issues relating to industry attractiveness, recruitment and training.

The Council consists of HR managers and HR representatives from Jernkontoret's partners and stakeholders, Jernkontoret's Technical Director, Director of Communications and persons within Jernkontoret with responsibility for skills supply issues.

The Council

• define and prioritize industry-wide efforts in skills supply
• monitors activities nationally and internationally that affect the steel industry's ability to supply good skills
• is a sounding board in the planning of industry-wide activities.
